Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa

Thoa’s mother was a kindergarten teacher and she grew up with lots of giggling children around her, leading her to conclude that she also wanted to be a kindergarten teacher. She enjoys learning and sees Green Shoots as her second family: “Everyone is so friendly and the working environment is so nice. I appreciate the way my boss and colleagues listen and take care of each other. I really like the pedagogy at Green Shoots. Hopefully, I can work here for a long time.”
